Tim Bartlett - Digital Illustration Project
A graduate of KU with a degree in printmaking, Tim created this portrait in an introductory Photoshop course at Guildhall at SMU, where he is studying Professional Game Development. The illustration was created using only traditional digital painting tools and use of the eye dropper tool for color sampling.
The Guildhall at Southern Methodist University is the premier graduate video game education program in the US. Many of the school’s founders are industry icons, and classes are run by industry veterans. In five short years, the program has graduated over 230 students and alumni have worked at more than 80 video game studios around North America. Our program offers a Master’s degree in Interactive Technology and a graduate Professional Certificate.
