Directions:
Take I-78 WEST thru New Jersey to Pennsylvania
Continue on I-78 thru Pennsylvania, passing Lehigh Valley exits to Exit 35 (Lenhartsville)
On Rt. 143 NORTH, go 4 miles to Sunoco gas station
Turn LEFT at blue Hawk Mountain sign onto Hawk Mt. Road
Go 7 miles to top of mountain, turn LEFT into parking lot

Notes: Located along the Appalachian Flyway in east-central Pennsylvania, scenic Hawk Mountain Sanctuary offers visitors an outstanding, year-round nature experience with its mountaintop vistas, 8 miles of hiking trails, and thrilling autumnal raptor migration. In 2006, Hawk Mountain counters recorded an astonishing 25,156 hawks, eagles and falcons--the largest number of migrants in two decades. There is a $5.00 trail fee.
